This agents underwriter came out without a ladder and "inspected the roof" with a phone attached to a stick for pictures. I was denied coverage, after being told to call and cancel my previous insurance. I was told that individuals and their homes were a priority to this agent. Yet, I had to ask "if they were going to advocate for my home and business ". The agent seemed surprised! Like advocating for my home and vehicles was important for me. New State Farm Slogan!
