"We recently purchased a new home in Prescott and worked with our SF agent in Tempe AZ for a new policy, change of address, etc. Unfortunately, many errors were made from the Tempe office. I contacted Jerome's office as I was displeased with my Tempe SF agent, and I wanted an agent who was close to my new home, but until I did a SF agent change request, I was stuck dealing with the Tempe office which was arduous. Prior to me even being a customer of Jerome's office, Traci helped me to navigate through this process. She was outstanding, compassionate to our needs, and quick to take action even before we transferred our SF policies from our current agent in Tempe to Jerome. She helped to resolve the multiple errors made by our previous SF agent and made the transition seamless. Unlike the Tempe office where I had to do the follow up calls to find out if the policy was completed through underwriting, addresses were changed, coverage completed, etc., Traci took over and drove the bus to the finish line.
